Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain and repair hotel buildings, grounds, plumbing, electrical systems, fixtures, equipment, and parking areas; perform preventive maintenance, room inspections, pool and spa service, emergency response, vendor coordination, work-order tracking, budget monitoring, and training of housemen and new maintenance personnel. The role requires CPO certification and offers $18.00–$24.00 per hour, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, profit-sharing, paid vacation, and other benefits.
