Description
The role involves mechanically troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining industrial machinery, equipment, and systems; performing failure analysis and preventative or predictive maintenance; managing project documentation; coordinating with engineering, production, and vendors; and maintaining records and spare parts. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, previous manufacturing experience, fabrication, welding, or machining ability, mechanical troubleshooting knowledge, reading and understanding technical specifications, mechanical aptitude, measurement and math skills, and a safety-conscious approach.
