HSL Asset Management, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of apartment communities. The role performs service requests and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance; conducts preventative maintenance and resident make-ready inspections; maintains common areas and grounds; addresses safety concerns; and participates in emergency maintenance and on-call rotations. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or vocational certification, at least one year of apartment or related maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
