Description
The Maintenance Technician supports the Property Manager by installing, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation, and electrical systems; performing preventative maintenance; maintaining equipment inventory; and working on call as needed. The role may lead maintenance employees and supports training and development, with an associate's degree from an HVAC program preferred, two years of multi-family/residential HVAC experience required, and EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
