Description
IRCA is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to assemble, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, machinery, equipment, piping, pumps, motors, and related components in a food manufacturing environment. The role also includes electrical troubleshooting, equipment testing, forklift and lift operation, tool use, computer and CMMS work, safety compliance, and general building maintenance. Candidates need industrial maintenance experience, at least two years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or in a similar role, a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, physical ability, and the ability to work up to a 12-hour shift.
