The role handles maintenance work orders, building-system troubleshooting, appliance and equipment repairs, property inspections, contractor coordination, emergency calls, and documentation, while requiring at least one year of relevant experience, a Class 5 driver’s licence, reliable vehicle access, and the ability to work flexible and after-hours schedules.
