Jamison Management Company is hiring a Maintenance Tech to support roving maintenance teams serving apartment communities and single-family residences primarily in Hawthorne and the Beach Cities. The role includes building inspections, vacant-unit trash removal, groundskeeping, janitorial work, assisting with maintenance tasks, outdoor painting, notice delivery, resident-event support, and special projects. The position requires a Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule, physical ability to lift and perform painting and pressure-washing work, dependable transportation, a strong work ethic, customer-service orientation, and a valid government-issued ID.
