Description
JMC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of a property, handling daily maintenance requests, emergency repairs, appliance and fixture work, cosmetic updates, contractor coordination, and related paperwork. The role requires at least six months of trade or building-maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to identify and resolve safety concerns; plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC experience is a plus. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with an on-call rotation, pays $26.50–$29.50 USD, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid leave, holidays, and a 401(k) match.
