Guardian Glass is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its DeWitt, Iowa plant to maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and support continuous production. The role involves troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance, PLC and instrumentation diagnostics, and interpreting engineering drawings. It operates on multi-shift schedules, including 10- and 12-hour shifts, with possible day, night, weekend, and holiday assignments.
