Molex is hiring a Maintenance Technician in El Salto, Jalisco to maintain, diagnose, and improve automated machinery used in electronics manufacturing. The role covers electrical controls, mechanical parts, pneumatic systems, vision systems, and automation; it also includes root-cause analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, safety compliance, and escalation of unresolved technical issues. Candidates need a university or technical degree in electronics, mechatronics, or electromechanical engineering, 1–3 years of maintenance or automation experience, and knowledge of pneumatic systems, electrical controls, basic programming, multimeters, calibrators, and LOTO procedures.
