Description
The role resolves technical faults and defects on production machines, performs preventive maintenance, completes general building work, records completed work and parts, and contributes ideas for machine improvement. It includes in-house training, a permanent contract after a successful interim period, and a two-shift system with one Saturday every four weeks and an on-call rotation. Candidates should be flexible, independent, able to handle stress, work safely, and preferably have prior technical experience in a production environment; a diploma is not required if relevant experience exists.
