Description
The Maintenance Technician performs routine preventative maintenance and repair of building interior and exterior mechanical systems and equipment under limited supervision. Responsibilities include scheduling vendors, completing work orders, responding to emergency requests, inspecting and adjusting building systems, maintaining common areas, and performing minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, landscaping, and other repairs. The role is non-exempt and hourly, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with indoor and outdoor work at a residential property and no travel expected.
