Description
The Maintenance Technician performs routine preventative maintenance and repair of a residential community’s interior and exterior mechanical systems, equipment, and building systems. The role includes responding to emergency maintenance requests, scheduling vendors, completing work orders, inspecting systems, maintaining records, and performing minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and other repairs. The position is non-exempt and hourly, requires at least two years of general building-trades or repair experience, and may require additional trade experience or certifications depending on the location.
