Lactalis is hiring a Maintenance Technician III – Shred in Nampa, Idaho to troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment in a whey plant. The role handles mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures; cheese-processing equipment; preventive and predictive maintenance; root-cause analysis; changeovers; and documentation in Maximo. An associate’s degree is preferred, while equivalent experience is considered, and 2–4 years of production-maintenance experience is required. The position requires physical work in a large dairy manufacturing facility, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working around moving machinery, and overtime when needed.
