Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for its Dairy Food business. The role performs installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, testing, and inspections on facility and production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems. The position pays $30.01 per hour plus a shift differential, includes a $2,000 hiring bonus, and requires an evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM Monday through Friday, with weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed. Candidates must be at least 18, have one year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience, and possess basic computer and math skills; electrical, LOTO, forklift, and other equipment experience is preferred.
