The Maintenance Technician will support the maintenance program, ensuring the preservation of assets and maintaining the community's physical condition. This role involves assisting with repairs, managing inventory, performing preventative maintenance, and conducting daily inspections. The technician will also prioritize customer service, understanding resident needs, fostering community engagement, and promptly addressing service requests. Additionally, they will contribute to risk control by enforcing safety protocols, documenting violations, identifying hazards, and inspecting the property.
