Description
The Maintenance Technician will support the maintenance program to ensure the preservation of assets and maintain the community's physical condition. This includes assisting with property maintenance, repairs, inventory management, preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The technician will also prioritize customer service by understanding resident needs, fostering community engagement, and promptly addressing service requests. Additionally, they will contribute to risk control by enforcing safety protocols, documenting violations, identifying hazards, and inspecting the property.
