Description
The Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs mechanical, plumbing, lighting, millwork, pool, and laundry systems in a health club, responds to emergency repairs, verifies temperature, pressure, and chemistry requirements, and records maintenance activity. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training, the ability to lift more than 20 pounds, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. It is an hourly position paying $23.50 to $31.75, with benefits including a subsidized membership and medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage for full-time team members.
