Description
The Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs mechanical systems, plumbing, lighting, millwork, door hardware, pool systems, and laundry equipment in a health club. The role responds to repair requests and emergency repairs, verifies temperatures, pressures, and chemistry, and records maintenance activity. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training, the ability to lift more than 20 pounds, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
