Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Lineage, you'll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems, particularly ammonia, CO₂, and Freon refrigeration systems, ensuring their reliable operation. You'll also perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues with material handling equipment and facility control systems, document activities, and contribute to a safe workspace.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1+ year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia, CO₂, Freon)
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.
Ammonia refrigeration certifications (e.g., RETA, IIAR, or equivalent).
Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
Flexible availability, including weekends or overtime as needed.
