Description
The Maintenance Technician at Little Leaf Farms LLC is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all machinery, electrical systems, and HVAC within the facility. This includes fabricating replacement parts, lubricating machinery, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The role requires adherence to safe work practices, GMP, and HACCP guidelines, as well as maintaining sanitary conditions and product quality. The technician will also be involved in setting up production equipment, changing worn components like conveyor belts, and working with pneumatic systems and the Green Automation system. The position requires troubleshooting electrical issues and performing basic fabrication and metalworking. The role involves working either a day shift (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or a night shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
