Description
The Ambassador of Maintenance supports community residents by maintaining the physical appearance of the community, handling day-to-day maintenance, corrective and emergency repairs, appliance operation, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, equipment, and HVAC work, and assisting with apartment turnovers. The role requires at least five years of maintenance experience, strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and may require CFC Type 2 certification. The stated salary is $23-$25 per hour.
