Description
The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, including restroom facilities, door hardware, lamps, air filters, ceiling tiles, fire extinguishers, and mechanical spaces. The role also handles general labor, cleaning, inspections, customer communication, and safety compliance while supporting the Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer. It requires an HS Diploma or GED, technical or vocational training, basic computer skills, familiarity with fire and life-safety procedures, and the ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies. The position is 100% in-office during standard business hours and does not offer remote work.
