Lynd Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs throughout a multifamily property. The role includes responding to resident service requests, repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, painting, flooring, and other apartment features, conducting preventive maintenance, inspecting vacant apartments, maintaining property facilities, keeping service records, and responding to after-hours emergencies. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, one to three years of facility, commercial, or multifamily maintenance experience, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and related repairs.
