microSource is hiring a full-time, in-person Maintenance Technician in Shakopee, Minnesota to maintain and troubleshoot liquid fertilizer processing, packaging, pumps, fluid-transfer, anhydrous ammonia, conveyor, and automation equipment. The role includes preventative and predictive maintenance, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting, safety compliance, and documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of industrial maintenance experience, and strong mechanical aptitude; ammonia safety training is provided.
