Description
The Maintenance Technician will support the opening of a new TownePlace Suites by Marriott by performing routine repairs, responding to guest and staff requests, troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and other hotel systems, conducting inspections, completing preventative maintenance, maintaining records, coordinating contractors, and supporting seasonal and general property upkeep. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and the ability to work safely in a hotel environment.
