Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve process and packaging equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The role requires mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting of 24VDC and 480V 3-phase systems, schematic interpretation, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment startups, breakdown analysis, and CMMS documentation. It follows an eight-hour rotating schedule across three shifts over four weeks and requires a high school diploma or GED, industrial equipment troubleshooting experience, and knowledge of electrical systems; an associate’s degree, technical certifications, PLC experience, packaging equipment experience, and welding or machining experience are preferred.
