Description
MCD is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for its 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, inspecting, adjusting, lubricating, and documenting production equipment, including chain-driven and gear-driven machinery, with occasional electrical troubleshooting, welding, fabrication, and equipment installation. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on machine maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, knowledge of electrical safety, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently. The position includes approximately three months of 1st-shift training before transitioning to the 2nd shift, a $0.75/hour shift differential, and medical, dental, vision, PTO, and other benefits.
