Description
The Maintenance Technician performs skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of campus facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems, sidewalks, and other infrastructure. The role responds to maintenance requests, operates tools and equipment, completes repairs, and reports to the Maintenance Manager without supervising others. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, more than one year of work experience, a valid driver's license, and insurability under the College's automobile insurance policy; utilities or general building maintenance experience and HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building construction certifications are preferred.
