Description
Mergon is hiring a permanent full-time Maintenance Technician to perform electrical and mechanical repairs, inspections, machinery installation, equipment overhauls, and part fabrication while minimizing production downtime. The role also includes assisting with plant maintenance, coordinating with outside contractors, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and training and supervising apprentices. Candidates should have manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive or plastics, and experience with CNC machines, mills, lathes, and welding; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
