GoldOller is hiring a Service Technician to respond to resident service requests, complete repairs and maintenance, prepare vacant units for move-in, inspect units, manage work orders and expenses, maintain grounds and common areas, and support residents and team members. The role requires multifamily maintenance experience or technical trade school, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, basic maintenance tools, and the ability to work weekends and travel when needed.
