Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Maintenance Worker for the East Mississippi Correctional Facility in Meridian, Mississippi. The role pays $20 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and other facility systems; performing preventive maintenance; directing inmate-assigned maintenance work; responding to emergencies; and maintaining accountability for inmates and property. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, technical training, general repair and maintenance knowledge, computer proficiency, a Mississippi driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and preferably three years of related experience.
