Description
MCC is hiring Maintenance Technicians for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings to support a growing manufacturing operation. The role involves diagnosing and repairing production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, maintaining schematics and calibration documentation, supporting Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives, and performing facility maintenance. Candidates need at least one year of hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment, along with troubleshooting, problem-solving, computer, and physical capabilities. Compensation is up to $35 per hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus, with shift differentials and medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits.
