NALS Apartment Homes is hiring two Maintenance Technicians for Mariner's Glen Apartment Homes in Port Orchard, Washington. The role handles service requests, callbacks, work orders, apartment make-ready, vacant-unit turnover, pools and spas, grounds, workplace, and maintenance-shop upkeep, plus after-hours emergencies. It requires property maintenance experience, building-system knowledge, plumbing and pool/spa knowledge, appliance, electrical, and basic roofing repair skills, along with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
