NALS Apartment Homes is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Pinnacle Highland Apartments in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. The role handles service requests, callbacks, work orders, apartment make-ready, pool and spa maintenance, grounds and maintenance-shop upkeep, after-hours emergencies, and additional assigned projects. It requires at least one year of multifamily maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, plumbing, pool and spa systems, appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs, along with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. The position offers $23–$25 per hour plus on-call and call-out pay, a 30% rent discount, paid time off, and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
