The role handles service requests, callbacks, work orders, apartment make-ready, vacant-unit turnover, pools and spas, grounds, workplace, and maintenance-shop upkeep, plus after-hours emergencies. It requires at least one year of multifamily maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, plumbing, pool and spa systems, appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs, along with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance. The position includes a 40-hour work week, on-call rotation, weekend availability, and physical work involving lifting up to 100 pounds.
