NALS Apartment Homes is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Sky Harbor Apartments in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role handles service requests, callbacks, work orders, apartment make-ready, pool and spa maintenance, grounds and maintenance-shop upkeep, after-hours emergencies, and additional assigned projects. It requires at least one year of multifamily maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, plumbing, pool and spa systems, appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs, along with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance. The position pays $22–$23 per hour plus on-call and call-out pay, includes a rent discount and comprehensive benefits, and requires a 40-hour work week with on-call rotation and weekend availability.
