Description
NM Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for Summer House, an apartment community in Apopka, Florida. The role troubleshoots and repairs residential systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall; responds to resident work orders and emergency requests; prepares vacant units; maintains grounds and pool/spa areas; and performs property walk-throughs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and personal hand and power tools, with EPA Universal Certification preferred. It is scheduled Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation and includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
