Description
The Facility Maintenance Worker maintains and cleans grounds, building exteriors and interiors, parking areas, storage and shop areas, and other facility spaces; assists with snow removal; delivers packages; performs routine system checks; and responds to maintenance needs. The role requires a valid driver’s license and insurance, safe driving, basic computer and customer-service skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work independently and at any assigned Northfield Retirement Communities Long Term Care or Assisted Living facility.
