Composition Brands is hiring a full-time 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Greenville, Michigan, reporting to the Facilities Manager. The role supports second-shift manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems, performing preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, assisting with assembly-line setup and equipment moves, and completing maintenance records. The position includes general building and facility maintenance, basic plumbing, carpentry, tool operation, safety inspections, and physical work involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is required, while two or more years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience is preferred.
