Description
NOVONIX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to report to the Maintenance Supervisor and manage production equipment maintenance. The role includes inspecting equipment and facility systems, completing work orders, following preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, supporting maintenance documentation and best practices, managing spare parts inventory, and complying with safety and environmental regulations. The position requires mechanical aptitude, technical capability, collaboration across production, engineering, and reliability teams, and strong communication and organizational skills.
