Omninet Capital is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for its Waterview Crossing property in Orlando, Florida. The role performs repairs and preventative maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds, and other property systems; maintains work orders and safety standards; responds to emergencies; and provides resident-focused customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of property management or related experience are required, while HVAC certification is preferred. The position is onsite and pays $22-$24.
