Optima is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance service for a luxury apartment community. The role includes apartment make-readies and unit turnovers, general property upkeep, preventative maintenance, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs, work-order documentation, and rotating after-hours availability. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift 100 pounds, flexible availability, and at least one year of maintenance experience. Compensation is $22–$25.50 per hour plus renewal and on-call bonuses, with medical, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
