Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and general hotel maintenance at the Holiday Inn Express in North Springfield, Missouri. The role includes responding to guest requests, completing preventative maintenance, repairing finishes and guest rooms, maintaining safety and supply records, and supporting emergency and safety procedures. It requires a vocational certificate with completed plumbing or electrical apprenticeship, at least two years of general maintenance experience plus three years in plumbing, electrical, or painting trades or equivalent education and experience, and a valid driver’s license. The schedule is flexible and includes nights, weekends, holidays, and off-hours emergency availability.
