Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and general hotel maintenance at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Springfield, Missouri. The role responds to guest requests, completes preventative maintenance, repairs guest rooms and common areas, maintains safety and supply records, and supports emergency and safety procedures. It requires a vocational certificate with a completed plumbing or electrical apprenticeship, at least two years of general maintenance experience plus three years in plumbing, electrical, or painting trades or equivalent education and experience, and a valid driver’s license. The schedule is flexible and includes nights, weekends, holidays, and off-hours emergency availability.
