Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and general hotel maintenance at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Springfield, Missouri. The role includes responding to guest requests, completing preventative maintenance, repairing finishes and guest rooms, maintaining safety and supply records, and supporting emergency and safety procedures. It requires a valid driver’s license, vocational apprenticeship training in plumbing or electrical repair, and at least two years of general maintenance experience plus three years in plumbing, electrical, or painting trades or equivalent education and experience. The schedule is flexible and includes nights, weekends, holidays, and off-hours emergency availability.
