Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and general hotel maintenance at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield Medical District. The role includes responding to guest requests, completing preventative maintenance, repairing finishes and guest rooms, maintaining safety and supply records, and supporting emergency and safety procedures. It requires a vocational certificate with completed plumbing or electrical apprenticeship, at least two years of general maintenance experience plus three years in plumbing, electrical, or painting trades, a valid driver’s license, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and off-hours emergencies.
