PCA is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Box Plant in Nampa, Idaho. The role performs preventive maintenance and responds to breakdown calls by diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. The position is multicraft, requires at least two years of industrial machinery troubleshooting and repair experience, and requires applicants to work any of the plant's three shifts. Starting pay is $31.53-$42.11 per hour, with health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, holidays, and other benefits.
