Description
The employer is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to independently perform repairs, maintenance, small renovations, and touch-up work; commission, coordinate, and review invoices from external service providers; and conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance. The role requires skilled trades training or verifiable practical experience, a solution-oriented and reliable working style, MS Office knowledge, and preferably a class B driver’s license. The work is associated with the company’s Prenzlauer Berg and Lichtenberg locations.
