Description
The Maintenance Technician will diagnose and repair building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and equipment issues; complete resident service requests; perform preventative maintenance and inspections; respond to emergencies; and assist with special maintenance projects. The role requires a rotating on-call schedule, at least three years of residential property management maintenance experience, basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and computer knowledge, and the ability to work with tenants and other staff.
